I didn't just find myself. I had to build her.
HI, I'M ADRIAN.For a long time, I was exceptional at showing up for everyone else. My children, my colleagues, my relationships, my career. I knew how to be needed, how to hold things together, how to make others feel seen and supported. What I didn't know — not really, not honestly — was who I was when the room went quiet and there was no one left to take care of.
Divorce has a way of handing you that silence whether you're ready for it or not.
It was in that stillness that the real work began. Not the kind with a clean narrative or a tidy ending, but the slow, humbling, necessary work of learning to sit with yourself. Of confronting the patterns — the people pleasing, the shrinking, the self-abandonment dressed up as selflessness. Of understanding, at a cellular level, that you cannot truly connect with another person — not a partner, not a child, not a colleague, not a room full of employees — until you have made an honest, compassionate peace with who you are when no one is watching.
That journey took me through holistic nutrition, personal training, mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki. I gathered tools, pursued certifications, and studied the science and the art of human wellness from the inside out. But if I'm honest with you — and that's the only way I know how to do this work — life has been my most rigorous and most generous teacher.
I am a mother of four. I have sat with grief and uncertainty and rebuilt from the ground up. I have also spent years inside corporate environments witnessing firsthand what it costs an organization when its people feel invisible, and what becomes possible when they finally feel seen. My former bosses shaped my understanding of this more than any textbook ever could. They taught me, through their brilliance, how profoundly the workplace affects a person's sense of worth, identity, and belonging.
I came through all of it and met my husband on the other side of that work. Rooted in who I am. Healthy, connected, and genuinely thriving in ways I once wouldn't have let myself believe were available to me.
I know now that none of it was wasted. Every hard season, every lesson, every moment of starting over — it was all preparation for this.
This is my purpose: to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself. Because when you're connected to who you truly are, everything else — your relationships, your leadership, your life — begins to change.
My Approach
PRACTICAL TOOLS. LASTINGS RESULTS.I work with the whole person - mind, body, and the way it all shows up in daily life. Not because it sounds good, but because surface-level interventions produce surface-level results. Real change - the kind that holds under pressure - requires going to the source.
For individuals, that means building genuine self-awareness, sustainable habits, and the inner steadiness to navigate whatever life brings.
For organizations, that means giving people practical resilience tools - the kind that reduce burnout, improve focus, and build the capacity to perform and collaborate at a high level, consistently.
Same foundation. Applied where it matters most to you.
