A deeply personal, fully supported journey back to yourself. Three phases. One through-line: that when you reconnect with your whole self, everything else follows.

We start where all real change starts - with honest self-awareness. Over four weeks you’ll build a foundational mindfulness practice, get clear on your values, and start examining the internal dialogue and limiting beliefs that have been quietly running the show.
This phase is about seeing yourself clearly - not critically. What’s actually working. What isn’t. And what you’ve been carrying that was never really yours to carry.
You’ll build: a personal mindfulness practice - values clarity - a tailored journaling practice - awareness of the narratives driving your choices
Weeks 1-4

Your body has been talking. We learn to listen.
Most people live almost entirely from the neck up. In this phase we drop in - learning to read the physical signals your body is constantly sending, understanding how your mental state lives in your body, and building practical tools for regulation when life gets hard.
This isn’t about fitness. It’s about fluency - developing a real relationship with your body as the intelligent feedback system it is.
You’ll build: somatic awareness - nervous system regulation tools - understanding how movement and nutrition support your whole system - a body mind connection that makes everything from Phase 1 land deeper
Weeks 5-8

Build the life that supports the person you’re becoming.
The inner work means nothing if the outer life keeps pulling you back. In the final phase we look at how everything you’ve built shows up in your daily reality - your relationships, your habits, your environment - and we start designing conditions that support your growth rather than undermine it.
This isn’t about overhauling your life. It’s about making intentional choices - with clarity, self-knowledge, and the tools to back them up.
You’ll build: daily habits and rituals that reinforce your practice - honest clarity on how your relationships and environment support or challenge your growth - systems for sleep, boundaries, and the inputs that shape your energy - a clear, livable vision of your integrated life.
Weeks 9-12
